Putting Wall Street's Secrets In The Hands of Regular People

Felix Nikolas Prehn, in his own words…

Money was never meant to feel complicated.

The complication keeps ordinary people out, and for a long time I watched it happen without anyone asking why.

So I set out to be the person to address that. Here’s how I see money, and why I refuse to make it harder than it needs to be.

Everything is educational only and does not constitute financial advice.

How I Think About Money (And How I Earned It)

I’m Felix Nikolas Prehn. I worked as an economist and as an investment banker.

My years in banking led me to financial freedom, (I still invest in the stock market).

What I learned along the way: managing money is a skill, like driving or cooking, and anyone can learn it.

I teach the strategies banks and Wall Street insiders never share. The stock market and risk management are not out of your reach. It only takes one person willing to explain and make it easy.

What My Wall Street Mentors Taught Me

I learned the markets from former Wall Street insiders, hedge fund managers, and bankers who knew, up close, how institutional money really moves.

They gave me frameworks, not tips. Ways of understanding risk management and money flow that I’d never been shown in school, and that most people never get to hear.

Now, before the markets, let me tell you about something else that matters to me.

Winston, My Cats, And Why I Talk About Rescue

Away from the markets, there’s Winston, my adopted golden retriever. He co-hosts my YouTube videos, and when people leave reviews, they often get a reply signed by Winston and me.

I have cats too. My message on animals has never changed:

ADOPT, DON’T SHOP!

I have a soft spot for the ones nobody else stepped up for. I feel the same about people locked out of their finances.

The feeling points me straight at my biggest goal.

One number sums it up, and I said it so many times….

Where I Want To Take The Work Next

My goal is easy to say and hard to do.

I want a million people to have real financial education, understand risk management, and stop being frightened of the stock market.

Financial freedom for ordinary people: that’s the work I care about.

The reason I refuse to keep any of it private comes down to one discomfort I couldn’t shake.

Why I Stopped Keeping Finance Knowledge To Myself

The rules that protect money are kept hidden, and the people who benefit have no reason to hand them over.

So I started explaining them out loud in a language anyone can follow.

About 90% of what I teach costs nothing. The videos on the YouTube channel, the webinars, podcast, and blog at goatacademy.org are all free to anyone who wants them.

I’ve said many times:

“The stock market is full of risks. The only way to lower the probability of serious losses is to learn the rules and playbooks that Wall Street experts and bankers know, but never share. My goal is to help one million people achieve their financial freedom.”

The Most Common Fear About Money

Felix Nikolas Prehn, founder of the Goat Academy - first lesson for students

People rarely write to me about getting rich. The message I get most is from folks scared of losing what they’ve built.

First Lesson: Risk Management

So my first lesson is never profit. I start with risk management, every time.

I’m not a registered financial advisor, and I’ve said so publicly more times than I can count. What I offer is education, and the line between the two matters to me.

Know what you’re willing to lose before you think about what you might gain.

What I Built With Goat Academy

I founded Goat Academy to put the Wall Street Protocol within reach of people who were never invited into the institutional money conversation.

I built it as a 6 to 12-month program with ongoing coaching and support. It covers:

  • stock selection
  • entry and exit points
  • trading psychology, etc.

More than 25,000 students have come through it.

Daily Podcast And YouTube Channel

I record a podcast every day: Felix Prehn Daily Market News by Goat Academy. You’ll find it on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Castro Player, Castbox

On YouTube, I break down stock market analysis and economic trends. Close to 700,000 subscribers and over 80 million views have built up since 2020.

Another thing I say regularly:

“I am not telling you what to do. I am not a registered financial advisor. The only thing I am registered as is the proud owner of a Golden Retriever named Winston. What I do share is knowledge I gained from Wall Street mentors and years in the markets, so you can make better decisions.”

What The Press Has Said

A handful of outlets have picked up what I do, including:

It tells me the appetite for clear financial education is bigger than most people assume.

Questions People Ask Me (FAQs)

How Did Felix Prehn Make his Money?

I was an investment banker and that is how I gained my financial freedom and was able to turn to sharing my knowledge without worrying about 9-5 daily job. I want to give you the same oportunity for your freedom.

Is There A Magic Formula Or Miracle Trade You Teach?

There’s no magic formula and no miracle trade, and I’ll never pretend otherwise. I teach you to build a framework, develop discipline, and decide with a clear head instead of emotion. A repeatable approach to the stock market beats a lucky guess.

Does Your YouTube Channel Cover Long-Term Investing Too?

My channel covers how institutional money moves, which matters for long-term investing and shorter plays alike. The lesson I come back to is that money shifts between sectors faster than most people think. The YouTube videos work through different time frames regularly.

What Is The Single Biggest Shift Your Students Notice?

Most students arrive focused on returns and leave putting risk management first. Once they see how market makers operate, they read the stock market differently.
